Search returns no titles
Remove the filters, try fewer words and check the spelling or year. Season searches require a recorded season in the selected series. A query for a nonexistent episode should not return a false match. If the catalog reports that it could not load, refresh once and check whether another browsing page opens.
A title page opens but a poster does not
Artwork and written metadata can load independently. Read the title and cast before deciding that the entire page failed. Test another title to see whether the issue is limited to one image. A missing poster is not a reason to install a video extension.
Watch now has no suitable offer
Confirm the country and production year. A film can have viewing options in one place and none suitable in another. A television service may offer only some seasons. If the destination itself redirects to something unrelated, return and reopen the intended title rather than following the unrelated page.
The video buffers after opening a service
Check that service's player, automatic-quality option and support information. Compare a lower resolution and a steadier connection before making broad device changes. For persistent problems, note the URL, title, year, country, device and exact message. The point where it fails tells you which part needs attention.
